Area I Plumbers apprenticeship program is a 4 year program with on the job training and class room training. An apprentice is a full time employee who is earning while learning. A beginning apprentice is paid 45% of the average journeyperson wage and increases every 6 months. Earn credits while attending classes at Clackamas Community College in Oregon City. After completion from the program credits can be applied towards an Associates Degree.

Area I Plumbers is an open shop (non union) program. With open shop employers you have an open door and direct relationship with your employer.
